Joy Olivia Miller is an American artist and multidisciplinary storyteller best known for her award-winning editorial designs, whimsical assemblage art, quirky glass mosaics, and colorful digital illustrations.

Joy is also the creator of the pop culture zine Beef: The Meat and crafting lifestyle blog Betcha She Sews.

Her designs, art, and writing have been published Communication Arts, the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, Jezebel, Zulkey, and UChiBLOGo.

Joy works out of her home studio in Carmel, Indiana.
